Pneumatic spraying
This particular series of mixed gas/fuel burners has been designed to be able to use compressed air or, alternatively, steam, as the fuel atomization fluid, to achieve better combustion efficiency compared to conventional atomization systems.
These burners are equipped with a low pressure nozzle that allows not only to reduce consumption, but above all to limit the wear of the entire atomization system. All burners have a progressive type regulation, they are equipped with an electrical panel and motor group, a fuel pump that the user will install separately. The nozzle is automatically cleaned at the end of the cycle. Compressed air or steam at 8 BAR may be available in the installation. The burners are ignited by a gas pilot burner powered by natural gas or LPG (diesel pilot available on request). These gas/fuel burners are available up to a viscosity of 4000 cSt at 50 °C (530 °E at 50 °C).
The standard burner is intended only to atomize compressed air and if steam is chosen as the atomization fluid, the burner is modified with a specific kit. In any case, it is essential to have compressed air to:
- Cold starts when steam is not available
- Valve command and automatic nozzle cleaning
These burners are provided electronically to optimize regulation and therefore maintain perfect combustion.
