BURNERS FOR BREAD OVENS AND STOVES
This series of burners is intended for cyclothermic, rotary and semi-fixed bread ovens. They are also intended for community kitchens, large hotels and restaurants.
They have the same characteristics as the standard burners, and also incorporate a manual regulation to reduce the flow to a lower regime of 40% for diesel burners and 50% for gas burners. On the front are the on/off control switches and power variations. This series of burners is equipped with a double bottom with thermal protection against kitchen radiation, as well as a thermal steel nozzle resistant to high temperatures.
